CAPITAL YOUTH CONFERENCE • 2026

THE GUIDE.

You've got the basics. Now let's get into the actual experience. Here's what happens when you step into Capital Conference — from the main stage to the breakout room.

YOUR WEEKEND, EXPLAINED ↓

KNOW
THE
FLOW.

Capital is designed to feel like more than a conference. It's a full weekend experience where every part of the day has a purpose.

You'll move between large main sessions, smaller breakout conversations, worship, games, activities, and time to connect with other students.

You don't have to plan every minute. Just know where you're going, stay open to the experience, and jump in.

MAIN
SESSIONS.

These are the big-room moments. Everyone comes together for music, teaching, stories, and moments designed to move the entire room.

This is where Capital officially starts. Expect high energy, live music, a room full of students, and the first message of the weekend.

The goal: get everyone in the room connected, engaged, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Saturday starts by bringing the room back together and creating space to think about identity, community, and where you fit.

Between the big moments, there are real conversations that shape where we're headed. This panel gets honest about the choices, habits, influences, and voices that can change the direction of your life.

The weekend doesn't end when the lights come up. The final session is about taking what you've experienced and deciding what comes next.

The question: What are you going to do with what you experienced here?

BREAK
OUT.

Breakouts are where you get to choose what you want to explore. These sessions are smaller, more focused, and designed to give you space for honest conversations and practical questions.

BREAKOUT 01

Purpose
And Pressure

A breakout for students who feel like expectations, grades, social media, and family pressure are heavy—maybe too heavy—unpacking how to find steady purpose in the middle of stress, perfectionism, and comparison, and how to carry pressure without being crushed by it.

BREAKOUT 02

Faith
That Travels

A conversation about what it actually looks like to follow Christ in hallways, group chats, locker rooms, and dorms—not just at conference—giving students space to ask hard questions, share real struggles, and learn how faith intersects with friendships, dating, identity, and everyday choices.

BREAKOUT 03

Created
To Create

For students who love art, music, video, writing, or content creation and want to use their gifts for something bigger than themselves, helping them see creativity as part of their calling, and offering practical ideas for using their talents online, at school, and in their church or community. But this approach calls students to limit how much they consume online and allow there creativity to come from being offline, knowing that your mind and your eyes process enough in your real life to give you vision for your now moments and your future ideas.

BREAKOUT 04

Leadership
Where You Are

Shows students they don’t need a title or a stage to lead, because they can influence friends, teams, and classrooms right where they are, focusing on real-life leadership skills like listening, serving, speaking up, and setting culture instead of just following it. How can your gift to lead and influence collide and collab to serve you everywhere you go!!!!

BREAKOUT 05

Locked
In

A space to talk honestly about anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed, while exploring how movement, rest, and community can help, giving students simple, practical ways to care for their mind and body on the road of everyday life, not just at church or camp.

BREAKOUT 06

I'm Already
Knowing

A breakout for high school and college students who are trying to figure out “What’s next?” and “What am I made to do?” , helping them connect classes, majors, trades, and gap years with God’s calling so their future feels like a tour with purpose, not just pressure.

MAKE
ROOM.

Worship is part of the rhythm of the weekend. These moments give the room a chance to slow down, sing together, reflect, and respond.

You don't have to know every song. You don't have to have the perfect words. You don't have to force a moment.

Just make room to be present.

COME EXPECTING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

THERE'S
MORE.

Some of the best Capital moments won't happen from a stage. Leave room for the unexpected.

Tour Stops
